Job Title: Wastewater Field Engineer
Location: 1 x Kent 1 X Sussex and 1 x Hampshire – Travel across sites
Salary: up to £42,000 depending on skills and experience
About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated
Wastewater Field Engineer to join our team and lead the delivery of sewer lining and infiltration reduction works across multiple catchments.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll supervise site activities, adapt designs in real-time, and work closely with contractors, customers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes. You’ll also support the Project Manager with commercial oversight and programme deliverables and collaborate across teams to ensure data and documentation are accurately captured.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and contractor activities
- Implement dynamic design changes based on site conditions
- Liaise with customers, Highways Authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Support commercial management and programme reporting
- Assist with contract documentation and supplier pricing
- Coordinate with Operations and Asset Management teams
About You
- Prior experience working with sewer networks
- Stakeholder Management
- Driving Licence
- Understanding of Contractor Management
- Understanding that there will be possible out-of-hours working to attend meetings with external stakeholders
