Web Master & E-Commerce Coordinator

E-Service (Europe) Ltd is a leading supplier of products and services to the amusement, gaming, and vending industries across the UK. As we continue to grow and strengthen our digital presence, we are seeking a talented and ambitious Web Master to join our marketing and IT team at our head office in Welham Green.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, creative, and technically skilled Web Master to manage and evolve our corporate website. The successful candidate will be responsible for website updates, functionality improvements, security maintenance, and integration of marketing tools. You’ll also help manage our marketing contact database and assist in creating engaging content for our B2B audience.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage and maintain the corporate website (WordPress + WooCommerce).

· Ensure the site is secure, responsive, and up to date with the latest tech and content.

· Work with the marketing team to implement campaigns, landing pages, and product updates.

· Manage and grow our B2B customer and marketing contact databases.

· Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

· Optimise SEO, user experience, and site analytics to support business goals.

· Assist with email marketing, digital campaigns, and newsletter creation.

· Stay current with web trends and recommend tools and features to improve our online presence.

· Manage our other E-Commerce outlets, including Amazon, eBay, Tiktok shop, Onbuy.

Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce.

· Experience with B2B websites and digital customer engagement.

· Comfortable with HTML/CSS and website troubleshooting.

· Familiar with SEO best practices and website analytics (e.g. Google Analytics).

· Proficiency in managing CRM/contact databases.

· Knowledge of 3rd party e-commerce channels

· Self-starter and confidant in finding solutions to problems.

· Strong organisational and communication skills.

· Outgoing, ambitious, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Desirable:

· Basic graphic design or content creation experience.

· Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailerlite or similar).

· Understanding of GDPR and data compliance for marketing databases.
