About the role
The Website Insights & Analytics Manager at Hargreaves Lansdown is a sole contributor role responsible for driving data-informed decision-making across the digital estate. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights through web analytics to enhance user experience, optimize website and app performance, and support strategic business goals. The individual will work closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure data integrity and maximize the value of digital analytics tools.

This role is based in our Bristol head office (BS1 5HL) and we offer a hybrid working pattern, with a minimum of two days in the office per week.
