Description
We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to join our WEEE Recycling team in Perth as a Weighbridge Administrator. This role is primarily administrative, ideal for someone with strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach. You will play a crucial role in recording and managing all vehicle movements over the weighbridge, supporting site operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record all vehicle movements in and out of the site via the weighbridge.
- Operate and monitor a mobile weighing system and site barrier controls.
- Schedule driver routes in coordination with site operations.
- Ensure data accuracy across internal and external tracking systems, including:
- Waste Transfer Note (WTN) system
- Enva internal waste recording systems
- Client-specific waste tracking platforms
- Raise and manage purchase orders and invoices using company software.
- Respond to general customer queries and inbound calls; follow up on leads from the CRM.
- Liaise effectively with drivers, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth logistical operations.
- Maintain internal filing systems, document control, and ensure processes are followed.
- Provide timely waste and compliance reports to the site manager and relevant departments.
- Liaise with environmental agencies and uphold compliance with all relevant waste regulations.
- Support ad hoc administrative duties as required by the site management team.

Monday to Friday
46.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm
Friday 7am to 4pm

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential:- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems.
- Highly organised and capable of working independently.
- Professional telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
Desirable:- Previous experience in a weighbridge or waste management administrative role.
- Familiarity with waste management or logistics operations.
- Understanding of environmental compliance requirements and documentation.
- Experience with systems such as CRM, WTN, or TFS.
