Job Description
As a Welcome Host, you’ll be a key part of the front-of-house team at 67 Lombard Street, responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences to both occupiers and visitors. You’ll act as the go-to person and trusted expert for all matters relating to the building and its community.
You’ll be the first face people see and the person they turn to for support – providing a warm, professional welcome at the front desk and being visible and approachable throughout communal areas. Your focus will be on creating exceptional first and lasting impressions, resolving queries effectively, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with occupiers, visitors, suppliers, and the client to understand their needs. Support GSS in delivering initiatives and bringing communal spaces to life.
- Front of House Service: Maintain high standards of service and presentation in all shared areas. Be proactive and responsive to customer needs, taking ownership to resolve queries and improve experiences.
- Occupier Communication: Lead on the delivery of updates, initiatives and events through channels like newsletters and marketing materials, ensuring occupiers are informed, engaged, and connected.
- Concierge Services: Assist with guest needs including reservations, local information, and travel arrangements.
- Operational Excellence: Follow all Cushman & Wakefield procedures regarding health & safety, security, and access. Support the Building and FOH management teams with admin tasks and checklists as required.
- Reporting: Provide regular and ad-hoc reports, including post-event feedback and continuous improvement updates, as required by the client or Cushman & Wakefield central teams.
Qualifications
About You
- Strong command of written and spoken English (required).
Knowledge & Experience
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role, ideally in a similar environment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.

- Well-organised with strong planning skills and the ability to handle challenges professionally.
