We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, capable of engaging managers and leaders, staff networks, and frontline teams alike. You’ll work collaboratively across the Trust and with wider system partners to build a culture where wellbeing is everyone’s business underpinned by data, co-production, and compassion.

[email protected]You will lead on the development, coordination, and evaluation of evidence-based health and wellbeing interventions as we transition into new ways of working and aligning a growing team with the trusts 5 care groups. Workstreams include, physical health, mental health support, women’s health, health inequalities.
