Wellbeing Support Worker

Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm (Flexible shifts, minimum 2-hour blocks per client)

Pay Rate: up to £15.34 per hour + £0.45 per mile mileage allowance

Location: South Oxfordshire

We’re currently looking for dedicated Wellbeing Support Workers to join our outstanding team, offering quality respite care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

What We Offer:

· Paid mileage at £0.45 per mile

· Minimum 2-hour visits — no rushed care!

What We’re Looking For:

· A caring and compassionate nature

· Previous experience in care desired

· A valid UK driving license and access to your car (car business insurance is mandatory)

· Commitment to high-quality care and supporting independence
