We are currently looking for a Fixed-Term (12-18 months) Workday Functional Lead to join our Global HRIS function and support the smooth operation of the Workday tool. This is an individual contributor role, where you will lead your functional area, not a role with any people leadership. We’re looking for someone who can be a subject matter expert with prime responsibility for three Workday Functional Areas f

This is a Global role, and whilst recruited in the UK, can be based anywhere with an overlap of 4-5 hours with the UK timezone. Due to the spread of our workforce, the preference would be to hire this position in central Europe and/or the Middle East

  Accountable for the application management of the GTS Workday instance and will be a key member of the Global HRIS team
• (Tier 3)Maintain system configurations for assigned Functio
• nal AreasMonitor Workday Releases and plan adoption of required functionality, includin
• g testingEngage in the Workday Community, raising and voting on brainstorms to support GTS req
• uirementsEnsure integrity and quality of data in the HRIS database including, but not limited to, security, organizational structures, reporting catalogs, and staffing details; taking necessary actions to update t
• he systemMonitor and respond to customer requests regarding system complications; malfunctions or enh
• ancementsEscalate Workday bugs to Workday via Customer Cent
• ral casesCorrespond with global HR and other HRIS team members regarding new or requested syste
• m changesMaintain a system of record for all change requests, test results and configuratio
• n changesAssist with mass data loads using EIB or OX, including – but not limited to – restructures, acquisitions, and annual compensatio
