Role Overview
- Deliver Workday solutions across HCM and Absence/Time Tracking modules
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and configure the system to meet business needs
- Support project delivery through the full lifecycle, ensuring quality and compliance with best practice
- Proven experience as a Workday Functional Consultant
- Strong expertise in HCM and Absence/Time Tracking modules
- Ability to operate at Manager grade, liaising with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Location: Mostly remote with occasional London on-site work (client dependent)
- Contract: £750 p/d Inside IR35
- Start: ASAP
