We have a current opportunity for a Workday integrations & developer on a contract basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of programming best practices, focusing on scalability, automation, virtualization, optimization, availability, and performance of Workday Extend applications, including using Orchestrate.
Develop and implement a minimum of four Workday Extend applications.
Collaborate with business teams to produce pragmatic solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure compliance with information security policies and practices.
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
Integrate Workday with Outlook APIs to enhance workflow automation and data synchronization.
Utilize large language models (LLMs) to summarize chat interactions and improve communication efficiency.
Qualifications:
Expert proficiency in the Workday Extend platform.
Extensive experience in designing, estimating, and building custom software applications in Workday Extend.
Deep understanding of Workday data and security models.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
Experience in web service technologies (REST and SOAP).
Proven leadership in delivering complex technology solutions.
Exceptional consulting skills to translate business problems into IT software requirements.
Excellent understanding of project methodologies and their contribution to successful projects.
Ability to manage conflicting demands and perform effectively in complex situations, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Willingness to travel to customer sites within the region, with minimal out-of-region travel as needed.
