Come and Join JLR as a Workforce Operations Administrator. Where you will manage the processing of Time & Attendance for approximately 30,000 employees across the UK, handling both monthly and weekly payrolls. Collaborate effectively with the team and contribute to BAU (Business as Usual) activities. Working closely within the team to ensure adherence to UK legislation and JLR policies. Support the implementation of changes and efficiencies to align with business strategies.

- To process Time and Attendance records as part of a large payroll team
- Perform manual adjustments to employees time records
- Keep up to date with current and future legislation
- Understanding of Company Sick Pay procedures and processing of Medical Cover
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing for diverse terms, conditions, and shift patterns
What You’ll Need

- Experience of working in a Payroll Department
- Experience with Time and Attendance
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
