About the Role

As our Workforce Operations Partner, you’ll be a key player in delivering day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting complex employee relations cases, and enabling a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You’ll work closely with managers, HR teams and key stakeholders to influence outcomes and drive meaningful change.

What you will be doing...

Managing complex ER cases end‑to‑end (disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence etc.)
Advising managers on employee relations and employment law
Supporting policy application, compliance and HR governance
Delivering training to strengthen manager capability

Leading on employee experience initiatives and supporting engagement forums

Producing monthly ER and workforce dashboards

Supporting organisational change (restructures, TUPE, transitions)

Collaborating with HR Shared Services, Talent, Legal and Compliance

What you’ll bring…

Essential:

Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Employment Law or similar
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Solid MS Office skills (especially Outlook & Excel)
Ability to work independently, proactively and at pace
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable:

CIPD qualification
Advanced MS Office capability
Interest or experience in financial services
