This hybrid role offers flexibility with office locations in London, Lytham St Annes, Durham, and Glasgow, giving you the chance to work in a collaborative environment while influencing key organisational decisions.
As a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager, you will lead on analysing large and complex data sets, creating automated reporting solutions, and presenting clear insights to stakeholders at all levels. You’ll be instrumental in identifying workforce risks, recommending solutions, and supporting strategic planning initiatives that shape the future of the organisation.
This is a 6-month contract, with potential for extension, and is Inside IR35. You’ll gain exposure to senior decision-making and work closely with HR leaders to deliver meaningful, data-driven strategies.
Essential Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, automation)
Experience with Power BI dashboards and automated reporting
Strategic Workforce Planning expertise
Ability to present data clearly to non-technical audiences
Strong understanding of HR data and management information
