Workplace Experience Manager

Job Description
The Workplace Experience Manager is key to the ongoing delivery of brilliant basics on site. Along
with continually improving service delivery, meeting the contract objectives and the strengthening
of the customer relationship. The role is essential to delivering the contract expectations whilst
maintaining Account performance. It is that requires a strong proactive can-do attitude and a high
degree of initiative.
Key Responsibilities
• Operational Performance improvements against SLA / KPI’s
• Health & Safety performance
• Financial reporting and targeted requirements
• Statutory Compliance
• Asset management and replacement programmes
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to develop best in class buy or build strategy for services
• Delivery of service excellence across all service lines, including assisting with the implementation of ISS Key concepts and
development of Lighthouse sites.
• Promote a strong safety culture, with adherence to company processes for risk assessment, training, safe working, accident reporting and investigation
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Previous FM/Management experience
• Preferably IOSH or NEBOSH qualification
• Abilit to understand the customer requirements and translate them into successful operations
solutions
• Good IT skills
• To act at all times with integrity and professionalism, demonstrating the ISS values of Honesty,
Entrepreneurship, Responsibility, quality and Unity
• Must be self motivated, energetic and able to take a flexible and agile approach in a demanding
environment
• Proven experience of operating in a similar role and environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Practical experience in Hard/Soft service contract delivery and knowledge of understanding
• Leadership –People Management/Planning & organising/Influence/Customer Focus
