Salary: £32,000 basic + up to £36,000 OTE

We're looking for a Workshop Controller to join our close-knit, high-performing team. This is a hands-on role where your input makes a real difference, every single day. You’ll be working with a talented group of individuals, in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and assigning work to a small but busy team of Vehicle Technicians
- Supporting day-to-day workshop planning and making sure everything runs smoothly
- Managing time and resources to ensure we meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Helping the team stay productive, supported, and motivated
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the motor trade—ideally in aftersales or a workshop setting
- You might already be in a Workshop Controller role, or you may be a Senior Technician looking for the next step. Either way, if you bring the right attitude and understanding, we’ll support your development
- Strong communication skills, patience, and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- A full, valid UK driving licence
