Qualifications & Experience
Strong mechanical maintenance background with a high degree of technical proficiency.
Completed a recognised apprenticeship or training program in a technical discipline to a minimum of a NVQ qualification (or equivalent nationally recognised.
Experience in leading and mentoring a team of technicians.
You will also need the ability to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in a workshop environment.
