We’re looking for a highly organised and hands-on Workshop Manager to join our operations team. This role is key to ensuring our tools, equipment, and materials are ready and available for projects across the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily workshop and stores operations
Track, issue, and maintain tools, materials, and equipment
Inspect and service equipment pre/post-project
Oversee dispatch and return of equipment
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and COSHH regulations
Support audits and continuous improvement
Supervise workshop staff where needed
