What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Technical Controller or similar role in the automotive field
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair processes and technical systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
- A valid driver's licence
