Location: Base anywhere within South Coast, however you will need to visit our head office in Durrington 2x days per week and remaining will be working from home on a hybrid basis
Hours: 37 hours per week

What You’ll Be Doing
As our WW Regulatory Assurance Manager, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire a team of Governance & Assurance Leads.
- Working closely with multiple stakeholders at senior levels within the business.
- Provide first-line assurance on Wastewater regulatory reporting metrics and Compliance Assessment Reports and Regulatory Appeals.
- Support the delivery of non-financial regulatory reporting and action plans.
- Respond to regulatory data requests (EIR, S108) with precision and consistency.
- Facilitate improvements in controls and assurance for regulatory pollution and compliance reporting.
- Champion ethical business practices and a culture of compliance across the organisation.
- Manage assurance activities and regulatory appeals.
- Lead performance reporting and MI development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business objectives.
- Deliver improvements in regulatory reporting and internal controls.
- Support the development of best practice guides and training initiatives.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PI, PRISM, and BMA.
- Experience in risk and assurance frameworks.
- Knowledge of wastewater operations and regulatory environments.
- A degree or equivalent technical experience (risk management experience desirable).
