The Yardi Support Specialist is a pivotal role in supporting and improving Get Living’s Yardi Platform. The Yardi Support Specialist will be involved in enhancing and upgrading the Yardi platform; it meets business needs and operates efficiently including documenting processes, training needs and supporting Yardi across the business.
The Yardi Support Specialist will be responsible for system administration including ERP, property management, residential, commercial and maintenance systems. The Yardi Support Specialist will be an expert-level super and responsible for requirements gathering, business and systems process mapping and detailed system requirements.
To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized, detail oriented and motivated with ambition. In addition, you should have a technical and analytical background and way of thinking while also being able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
