Description

We’re delighted to be partnering with a Housing Association to recruit an interim Year End Accountant. We’re looking for someone with proven experience delivering statutory accounts and coordinating audit schedules within the housing sector.

Key duties:

Take ownership of the year‑end process, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and audit‑ready
Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with sector‑specific regulations and requirements
Support the finance team through a busy reporting period, helping maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations

Candidate profile:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Experience working within Housing Associations
Demonstratable experience leading year end processes

Role information:

Contract length: 6 months
Day rate: £400 - £450
Location: London (hybrid working 2/3 on site)
