Job Description
As a Zendesk Administrator at Checkout.com, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our support platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and overall functionality of Zendesk to ensure efficient and effective customer support operations. This role requires technical expertise, customer service experience, and the ability to collaborate with various cross-functional teams to enhance our customer support capabilities.
Requirements
- Zendesk configuration and administration, including creation and maintenance of user accounts, roles, permissions and workflows
- Configure and manage ticket forms, triggers, automation, macros and SLAs
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance
- Integrate Zendesk with other software and platforms (e.g. chat tools) to streamline operations
- Analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance customer support
- Develop and update training materials, documentations and user guides
- Collaborate with customer support, IT, and other departments to understand business needs and implement solutions
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team.
- Ensure that Zendesk is configured and used in compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast paced operations environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of ticketing system workflows and customer support processes
- Preferred experience as a Zendesk Administrator or in a similar role
- Zendesk Administration Certification (not essential but preferred)
