About The Role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst. This role is perfect for someone who has an IT background and worked in a similar role and is keen to learn and grow in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a ticketing system
Providing 2nd line support
Issue identification and diagnosis
Problem Resolution
Information Gathering

The role is based at our Wakefield office, with an expectation to be in the office full time in the training period.
