At AgeCare, we offered exceptional nursing, residential and dementia care homes for elderly people. We understood that choosing suitable care and accommodation for oneself or a loved one could often be difficult, confusing and sometimes upsetting. We realised that people's perception of care for the elderly was tainted by the image of an institutional, impersonal 'care home' or 'nursing home'. AgeCare Care Homes were different. As providers of first class elderly residential care in London, the Home Counties and South East, our mission was to provide the best quality of life experience for our residents with the support of their families. We had 9 exceptional care homes which catered for and provided bespoke care for the elderly. We had extensive experience supporting those both living with or without dementia. Our approach to providing residential and nursing care was to improve the quality of life for our residents by creating lovely, comfortable, homely surroundings, and planning care, activities and other services around each and every resident's needs and wishes. We supported residents to live fulfilling, rewarding and happy lives by offering a fun, engaging and supportive environment.
Alongside our residential and dementia care, we also offered respite care services which were available throughout the year. This allowed residents and their families a short break, whilst ensuring continuity of care and peace of mind.suring that your loved one’s needs are being met whilst you are away.
We exited the management of the care homes in January 2026.
