- A-Level qualified, with at least three A’Levels or equivalent
- Enthusiasm for marketing and a strong desire to learn and develop professionally.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and willingness to take initiative.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort asking questions.
- Creativity, curiosity and a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
- A keen interest in new media and technologies.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with two days in the office each week, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow apprentices.
