Job Description
Join Our Team as a 2nd Line Support Consultant!
Are you a natural problem‑solver who loves helping customers and working with innovative technology? We’re looking for a motivated, organised, and people‑focused individual to join our team and provide exceptional 2nd line support across our suite of applications.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a great customer experience by:
- Providing 2nd line application support to customers using our applications
- Handling customer queries electronically and over the phone
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical incidents
- Supporting account management and building positive customer relationships
- Keeping detailed records of interactions and investigations
- Monitoring system and security alerts
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and persistent in solving problems
- Organised, logical, and methodical in your approach
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Confident with computers and tech-savvy
- Clear and professional in both spoken and written communication
- Empathetic and patient when supporting customers
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Able to obtain SC/NPPV3 Security Clearance (Higher Vetting is essential)
