Salary: £28,300 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission with low thresholds

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (8:30pm – 5:30pm Mon-Thurs with 4pm Finish on Fridays)

Start Date: Immediate or flexible for the right candidate

🔍 The Role

As an experienced 360 consultant, you’ll step into one of our specialist divisions:

Human Resources, Finance & Procurement, Legal, Social Housing, Property Management or Tech. You’ll:

• Own and grow your client portfolio using tools including LinkedIn, outbound calls, BD campaigns, virtual & in-person meetings
• Source, engage and consult candidates across all levels within your sector
• Work autonomously while being part of a high-performing, values-led team
• Operate in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with structure, support and recognition
