Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing a private client caseload including wills, probate, and estate administration
- Advising clients on lasting powers of attorney, inheritance tax planning, and trusts where appropriate
- Meeting clients to take instructions and guide them through personal legal matters
- Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with professional standards
We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law
- Experience handling wills, probate, and estate administration matters
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage your own caseload and build long term client relationships
