If you know your way around lifelines, guardrails and working at height, you’ll already know this isn’t your average site role. The work is varied, the standards are high, and no two jobs look the same.
That’s exactly why we’re offering a £4,000 sign-on bonus — to bring in engineers who can hit the ground running.
You’ll be working across commercial buildings, high-rise developments and industrial sites — installing and maintaining systems that keep people safe when working at height.

Fall arrest and life safety lines
Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil)
Gantries and walkways
Guardrails
Fixed and portable ladders
General lifting equipment
Alongside this, you’ll:
Ensure all work meets British Standards and strict compliance requirements
Identify and report any remedial or additional works
Work across different sites nationwide, with occasional stays away
Support other divisions when required
Experience working at height or within access / safety systems
Confidence using tools and working in a hands-on environment
Good understanding of health & safety standards
Full UK driving licence
£4,000 sign-on bonus (subject to criteria)
Fully equipped company vehicle + fuel card
Overtime paid at time and a half
Mobile phone and full PPE provided
Ongoing training and recognised industry development
24 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)
Referral bonus scheme
Vivup health cash plan (gym, dental, retail discounts & more)
Life assurance policy
Overnight allowance
This isn’t just another install role.
You’ll be part of a specialist team working on safety-critical systems, backed by one of the UK’s leading providers of access and safety services as part of Premier Technical Services Group Ltd.
If you’re good at what you do, there’s real opportunity here — whether that’s developing your technical skills or stepping up into a lead role.
If you’re already in the industry, you’ll know — good roles like this don’t come up often.
