You’ll be working across commercial buildings, high-rise developments and industrial sites — installing and maintaining systems that keep people safe when working at height.
What the role involvesThis is hands-on, site-based work where no two days are the same.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of height safety systems, including:

What the role involvesThis is hands-on, site-based work where no two days are the same.
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of height safety systems, including:
- Fall arrest and life safety lines
- Eyebolts (fall restraint and abseil)
- Gantries and walkways
- Guardrails
- Fixed and portable ladders
- General lifting equipment
- Ensure all work meets British Standards and strict compliance requirements
- Identify and report any remedial or additional works
- Work across different sites nationwide, with occasional stays away
- Support other divisions when required
- Experience working at height or within access / safety systems
- Confidence using tools and working in a hands-on environment
- Good understanding of health & safety standards
- Full UK driving licence
- £4,000 sign-on bonus (subject to criteria)
- Fully equipped company vehicle + fuel card
- Overtime paid at time and a half
