Main Responsibilities Maintain accurate, organised, and up-to-date financial records. Process invoices, receipts, purchase orders, expense claims, and supplier payments. Support pay
roll administration and other routine financial processing. Perform monthly reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues. Prepare financial records and supporting documentation for audits. Ensure compliance with company procedures, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify errors or irregularities and escalate as necessary. Use accounting software to manage and retrieve financial data efficiently. Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes.
Education & Experience Previous experience in accounts, finance, or bookkeeping roles.
Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based environments is advantageous.
Technical Skills Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.
Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Well organised, reliable, and capable of managing routine tasks independently. Clear communicator with ability to handle confidential financial information.
