About the Role

As the UK Regional Lead for a key multi-media financial services account, they act as the primary point of contact for the UK-based teams. As such they ensure that the client teams are provided with all the support they need from their paid media agency, and are responsible for briefing and coordinating the channel specialists when it comes to anything UK-facing. In addition, they also act as the primary agency contact for the teams in South Africa and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Client Management - Serves as the primary liaison for UK Partners. Partners closely with each team to ensure alignment on strategic priorities, campaign requirements, and long-term marketing objectives. This involves daily ongoing communication to guarantee all activity supports broader business goals. Also take part in conversations with the central marketing team when required.
Media Planning & Campaign Oversight - Work alongside Planning Director to coordinate, finalise and manage marketing campaigns across all media channels, most particularly Publisher Content Partnerships, Paid Search, Paid Social, online direct and programmatic display & native campaigns, OOH and print. Oversee copy and asset provision in line with specifications, manage approvals, and ensure timelines are met. Ensure every stage of the process from briefing and planning to sign-off, tracking, and launch runs smoothly and efficiently.

Publisher & Vendor Management - Manage relationships with a wide range of publishers and external partners, ensuring campaigns are delivered on brief and on schedule. Align on strategy and negotiate packages alongside the Planning Director, to ensure we get the best inventory and value out of the vendors we ultimately choose to book with.

Campaign Execution & Optimisation - Oversee campaign execution across Publisher Direct, Programmatic, Paid Search and Paid Social channels. For biddable channels, collaborate directly with Crimtan channel specialists to ensure precise audience targeting is applied and continuous optimisation is undertaken for the duration of the campaigns. Oversee the process of tagging and tracking campaigns, ensuring robust tag implementation and consistent UTM application to maintain data integrity and accurate reporting of campaigns. Collaborate with the creative production team to manage UK-specific assets, performing QA checks to ensure all materials meet the brief and accord with client brand guidelines.

Reporting & Client Engagement - Analyse data across GA4, Google Ads, programmatic tools, and LinkedIn; drive conversion-oriented optimisations aligned to investment goals. Produce comprehensive monthly performance reports covering key metrics, campaign insights and actionable recommendations, allowing us to effectively track campaign performance and draw coherent insights off the back of which key marketing decisions can be made. Assess how our campaigns are meeting client objectives and present findings on regular calls to the relevant teams, as well in face to face and ad hoc, when required. This includes our monthly regional updates, which cover global campaigns and regional activity.

Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management - Proactively manage compliance and brand guideline requirements across all channels to mitigate risk and maintain quality across all campaign materials.
