The opportunity
Join our Envision Medical Communications team as an Account Executive, where you will play a key role in leading the successful delivery of high-impact publications projects for a growing global client account.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Executive with prior experience in publications, to help ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Working closely with our talented account team members, you will provide administrative support, coordinating the delivery and financial management of projects. If you thrive in a fast-faced and dynamic environment, this could be the role for you!
We are accepting applications from candidates based permanently in either the UK, Hungary, Serbia or Portugal. We support both remote and hybrid working from one of our office locations.

Role responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of medical affairs and publications projects. This includes managing timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring project deliverables are met on schedule.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the account team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining accurate project documentation.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
- A BSc or MSc degree in a scientific, business, or communications-related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a project coordination, client services, or administrative role in medical communications or a healthcare agency setting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word); experience with platforms like Datavision, Zinc, or Veeva Vault is a plus.
