About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious, confident, and reliable Account Executive to join our growing team. If you’re someone who enjoys speaking with customers, wants to develop real commercial skills, and is motivated by performance-based progression, you’ll fit well here.

You don’t need deep experience — what matters is your attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn. You’ll receive clear guidance, ongoing mentorship, and the support of a team that wants you to succeed.

Your Role & Progression Path

This role grows as you grow. Progression is based on performance and capability — not on how long you’ve been here.

Early on, your time will look roughly like this:

  • 75% new business development – outreach, prospecting, daily calling
  • 25% account management – nurturing low-spend SME reseller accounts

As you build your customer base and confidence, the balance shifts naturally toward account management. The pace of this transition varies by person and depends entirely on your commercial results.

You’ll be involved in every part of the sales cycle — outreach, quoting, account development, problem-solving, relationship building, and even spotting new product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a portfolio of SME reseller accounts
  • Make daily outbound calls, emails, and outreach to create new opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, forecasting, closing, and ongoing account development
  • Build strong, positive customer relationships
  • Handle inbound enquiries and prepare accurate quotations
  • Keep pricing and lead-time information up to date
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
  • Manage your time effectively to hit personal and team targets
  • Identify opportunities in the supply chain and bring new products to market

    Earnings & Commission


    • Uncapped earning potential
    • £25,000 base salary


    Typical Earnings Progression


    New Starters: £45,000+ OTE

    Typical for individuals building their base of accounts and early relationships.


    Established Performers: £60,000+ OTE

    Achieved once you have a strong, active customer base generating regular profit. Progression varies by individual and is based entirely on capability and performance.


    Top Performers: £90,000+ OTE (some exceed six figures)

    Reached by long-serving, high-performing consultants with mature account portfolios and deep customer relationships.
