We are looking for a new Account Executive to join our team based in Bedford. This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)

The Account Executive keeps that promise. You’ll work with our Client Services team to retain and develop existing clients - running accounts seamlessly, building real relationships, and spotting where we can do more.

Job Requirements
What we’re looking for
- A genuine passion for digital marketing
- Experience and understanding of the digital mix - AI SEO, SEO, paid media, content
- A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
- Working knowledge of AI platforms - Claude, and the others shaping how we work
- An innovative, creative mindset
- The ability to build rapport quickly, with clients and colleagues alike
How You’ll Know You’re Winning
Support the onboarding of new clients so the relationship starts the way it shouldWork with Account Manager and Senior Account Manager to follow up on client development plans, added value plans, and the surprise and delight moments that turn good relationships into brilliant ones
Client Growth
- Where appropriate, support the Client Services team with the development of proposals and opportunity documents
- Stay close to client context, industry developments and insights — and use them to spot growth opportunities
