Job Title: Account Manager
Reports to: Commercial Director
Role Requirements
The Aerospace Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing customer relationships within the aerospace sector. The role focuses on ensuring customer requirements are understood and delivered through close coordination with engineering, production, and quality teams. The Account Manager acts as the primary point of contact for aerospace customers, overseeing quotations, orders, production progress, and delivery performance while identifying opportunities to grow business within existing and new accounts.
Duties and Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact for assigned aerospace customers, maintaining strong professional relationships by conveying their needs and expectations to the relevant areas within the business, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.
Submit quotations in a timely manner ensuring that the customers requirements have been fully complied and that any exceptions / caveats have been fully identified in the responding quotation.
Liaise with Internal departments across multiple sites to ensure effective bid construction.
Participate in in field sales activities and customer visits when required and ensure participation of other Howco delegates when appropriate.
Monitor performance of accounts through use of key metrics to provide drive and direction.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue within existing aerospace accounts.
Sales team members must collaborate closely by sharing product knowledge, supporting one another with leads and opportunities, and communicating effectively.
Proactive promotion of the Howco Brand, products, and services through all customers’ interaction and communication.
Monitor industry trends and customer requirements within the aerospace market.
Proactively address potential delays, issues, or technical queries.
Ensure all customer requirements comply with aerospace quality standards and specifications.

Grow the company’s revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities of key clients.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
5 years + experience in a Sales/Commercial role within the Aerospace industry.
Aerospace raw material knowledge/experience is essential to the role.
