We’re partnering with a fast-growing, innovative eCommerce performance agency to hire an Account Manager who will own and develop high-growth client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of marketplace strategy, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions.

As Account Manager, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and client brand teams to develop a deep understanding of their commercial goals. You’ll ensure marketplace strategies are aligned, performance is optimised, and growth opportunities are fully realised across Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and TikTok Shop.


You’ll be the primary point of contact for growth clients — driving strategy, execution, reporting, and innovation.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow key client relationships
  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies
  • Manage account health across Amazon & TikTok Shop
  • Optimise listings (PDPs, ASIN structures, branded content)
  • Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights
  • Support MBRs/QBRs and strategic planning
  • Collaborate with advertising, content, and creative teams

  • Looking for

    • Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
    • Exposure to TikTok Shop
    • Agency experience (digital marketing / eCommerce / advertising)
    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Proven ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations
