Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure service excellence and customer retention.
- Experience in account management, sales, or a client-facing commercial role (preferably within a service-led or operational environment).
- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage customer interactions and pipelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
- Salary: £28,000 to 32,000 inclusive of car allowance
