This is a full-time hybrid role, based in the Greater Liverpool Area, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the Healthcare Practice. Your responsibilities will include meeting new and existing clients, advising on and promoting WPA healthcare policies, and tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. Building lasting relationships in the local community and maintaining high professional standards will be critical to success in this role.
- Proficiency in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and create tailored solutions tailored to individual requirements
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Advising clients, preferably within the healthcare or insurance sector
- Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently both on-site and remotely
- Experience with healthcare or insurance products is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional expertise in a related field is preferred
