The Role

AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Account Manager EMEA South you won’t just be supporting a product; you’ll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

At Gravitee, impact isn’t abstract - it’s visible and global. In this role, you will:

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of key existing customers across the EMEA South.
• Manage overall renewal process
• Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact, advocating for your customers internally.
• Collaborate with customers on their broader digital strategy, aligning Gravitee to long-term business goals.
• Lead regular customer reviews, roadmap alignment sessions, and value realisation discussions.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion by identifying areas for growth and engagement.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and deliver strategic outcomes.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Gravitee’s platform and how it solves complex, real-world challenges.
• Identify and mitigate risks to customer adoption, satisfaction, or renewal.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a Strategic Account Management role.
