Your Team

You’ll join a high-performing, commercially driven team focused on unlocking growth within our Small and Medium Business (SMB) customer base. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Support, you’ll play a key role in strengthening customer partnerships and delivering long-term value. This is a collaborative environment where ideas are shared, success is celebrated, and everyone is aligned around one goal: helping our customers thrive while driving sustainable growth for MHR.

Your Career

This is a hands-on role designed for someone at the early stage of their sales journey. Whether you’re in your first or second position and ready to take on a more commercial focus. If you’ve developed experience in a customer-facing role and enjoy building relationships, understanding challenges, and identifying opportunities, this is your chance to take those skills into a sales environment. You’ll gain practical experience in driving commercial growth, while learning how to uncover customer needs, position the right solutions, and generate revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities. With support from experienced colleagues and direct exposure to customers, you’ll quickly build confidence, strengthen your sales capability, and progress your career.

Your Impact

As an SMB Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of your customer portfolio. Driving revenue growth, improving retention, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their business and aligning MHR’s strategy to their long-term goals. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you’ll create and deliver value-led account plans, proactively identify opportunities, and drive pipeline through cross-sell and upsell activity. You’ll confidently engage senior stakeholders to progress and close deals, applying MEDDPIC principles to ensure consistency and predictability. Alongside leading regular Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate impact and unlock further growth, you’ll maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolve challenges in partnership with Customer Success and Support, and keep accurate Salesforce data to effectively manage pipeline, forecasting, and overall account health.
