Make an Impact at RSM UK

We are looking for an Assistant to join our financial outsourcing reporting team in Milton Keynes. Working as a member of the outsourcing team, the role will be a varied mixture of duties on various clients, and you will be responsible for providing a high-quality outsourced service to our clients on a fulltime basis.

You'll make an impact by:


  • Processing of purchase invoices and matching to purchase orders
  • Assisting with reconciliation of bank accounts and clearing/matching of payments in system
  • Resolving internal and external queries relating to invoices and bank reconciliations
  • Assisting in the preparation of month end journals, Accruals, prepayments, fixed assets etc
  • Liaising with clients in a professional manner and deal quickly and effectively with client queries adding value wherever possible (technical, problem solving)

  • A good general standard of education including English and Mathematics GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and receivables process
  • Confident telephone and email manner
  • Effective organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge and experience of working with MS excel, word and outlook
