Reporting to the company’s Financial Controller, yet very much part of a wider collaborative team, the Accounts Payable Clerk supports the day-to-day accounts payable processing and other transactional processes as required.

Your Role:
- Operating the accounts payable function, including but not limited to posting purchase invoices, matching to goods received notes (GRNs) dealing with supplier queries, managing the approval workflow and proposing invoices for payment.
- Assisting with the preparation of reporting monthly on aged Creditors and workflow approval delays and issues.
- Reconcile the credit cards (x2) monthly, ensuring appropriate backup is provided and VAT is accounted for correctly.

We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a medium-sized business
- Experience of xledger finance system
