DSV is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable and Cash Management Team Leader for UK and Ireland in our Goole office. We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong leadership skills and a proven track record to managing such a function. The candidate will be reporting into the country CFO and have close cooperation with the business and the AP and Cash Management functions in our Shared Service Centers.

Team Leader- Accounts Payable and Cash Management UK & IE

DSV is looking to recruit an Accounts Payable and Cash Management Team Leader for UK and Ireland in our Goole office. We are seeking a candidate who possesses strong leadership skills and a proven track record to managing such a function. The candidate will be reporting into the country CFO and have close cooperation with the business and the AP and Cash Management functions in our Shared Service Centers.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the local AP function in close cooperation with our GBS (Global Business Services) teams in Poland and Manila.
- End responsibility for the Payment batches and manual/ faster payments.
- Be involved in projects related to AP and Cash Management.
- Manage a team of local AP and Cash Management Assistants
- Master Data Management (MDM) related to vendor accounts and bank details
- Proven track record in successfully managing the AP function in an international environment.
- Technical accounting knowledge for correct processing of invoices
- Analytical skills to manage high-volume transactions, ensure accuracy, and optimise cash flow.
- Proficiency in ERP systems – preferably SAP R4 – and advanced Excel skills
- Strong organisational abilities for managing deadlines
