Role Description

This full-time hybrid Accounts Senior role is based in Fareham, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, prepare financial statements, oversee tax returns, and assist with audits. Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide accurate reports
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
Finance expertise, including knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in Account Management to handle client portfolios effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Competence in using financial software tools, preferably Xero
Relevant professional qualifications, such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications
Experience in a similar role within a professional accounting firm is advantageous
