You will contribute to delivering a consistent and efficient service to employees, customers and suppliers, ensuring all finance processes run smoothly and compliant with business processes.

About The Role
We are looking for an organised and detail‑focused Finance Administrator to support the finance administration activities within our E‑Mobility Business Unit. You will contribute to delivering a consistent and efficient service to employees, customers and suppliers, ensuring all finance processes run smoothly and compliant with business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Projects
- Create and maintain customer and vendor accounts for the Business Unit.
- Raise GRNs and process purchase invoices using our accounts‑payable automation system integrated with SAP, ensuring CIS and DRV compliance where required.
- Prepare and distribute sales invoices.
- Process weekly timesheets in support of the Central Payroll team.
- Set up new projects in the finance system, including loading budgets.
- Provide debtor support as needed.
- Ensure all financial data and transactions are accurate, timely, and aligned with Vinci processes and general accounting rules.
- Support year‑end audit activities by supplying required information.
- Compile data and complete the Business Unit’s quarterly environmental reporting (eVE).
- Maintain compliance with the company’s Internal Control Manual and all relevant procedures.
- Provide absence cover for the Business Unit Administrator when required.

- Strong administrative background, ideally within finance.

- Working within a project‑based environment
