Role Title: Administration Assistant

Please note: This role is 5 days in the office


Site Introduction

What will this role achieve?

Reporting into the Executive Assistant. As the Team Administrator, you will play a pivotal in providing key administrative and secretarial support to a variety of leaders within the business. From general queries to travel arrangements and diary management, you’ll support on a variety of tasks whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to ensure the best service is maintained.


What will be your key deliverables?

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to stakeholders (UK Leadership Team)
  • Support Chiswick Park HQ visitor, meeting and event activity
  • Be a point of contact for all relevant queries
  • Support on the coordination of travel arrangements
  • Ensure that a high level of service is maintained
  • Provide 1st line support to EA for all secretarial duties

    • Strong communication skills
    • Able to work autonomously
    • Able to prioritise workload effectively
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)


    What will the interview process be?

    • Initial Telephone call with Talent Acquisition
    • 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences.
    • 2nd stage interview – 90 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview.
