Are you an experienced operational leader with a background in investment management or Finance ? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal Business Support Team Manager role within a fast‑paced and highly professional financial services environment.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a varied role that blends team leadership, operational oversight, and executive support. You will manage a small team and ensure the smooth running of internal processes, systems, and administrational operations.
Duties to Include ( but not limited to ) :
Support Team Management
- Lead, manage and delegate workload across the Business Support Team.
Support Responsibilities :
- Provide day‑to‑day support to C-Suite
- Organise Board and Management meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a Wealth Management, Investment Management, or Finance environment.
- Team Management experience
- Strong understanding of the FCA regulatory landscape.
- Excellent MS Office and CRM/Portfolio Management System skills.
