Job Purpose
- Supporting smooth and efficient operation of the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders.
- Processing airtime novations.
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers.
- Inputting purchase orders.
- Packing and shipping customer orders.
- Sending customer delivery notifications and invoices.
- Processing SIM Cards.
- Answering the phone.
- Booking in deliveries.
- Creating sales and purchase order reports.
- Stock take activities.
- General office duties.
- Assisting the operations team leader.
Person Specification
- Capable of task ownership, taking responsibility and paying attention to detail.
- Task oriented with strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications/Training
- Level 1.
- Training will be given on in-house systems.
Experience / Skills - Required
- General office experience.
- Good all-round IT skills and familiarity with common office applications.
- Demonstrable experience working with spreadsheets.
- Ability to learn processes, and identify improvement opportunities.
Experience / Skills - Beneficial
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience of working within a quality controlled environment, e.g. ISO 9001.
