Aspris College North Wales are recruiting for an Administrator to join our busy and professional administration team. We are looking for an enthusiastic multitasker who is highly skilled and confident in Microsoft Office and able to prioritise competing deadlines in a professional and solutionfocused manner.

About The College

Aspris College North Wales is a modern, independent specialist college in the town centre for young people aged 1625 with additional learning needs. Main Responsibilities

Front of House & Reception

  • Managing the school reception: welcoming visitors, answering telephones and dealing with enquiries professionally.
  • Greeting visitors, checking and recording ID, issuing badges and ensuring safe escorting across the college site.
  • Monitoring voicemails and inboxes, forwarding messages to relevant staff.
  • Manning reception doors as required and ensuring learners are accompanied when leaving college grounds if appropriate.

Student & Safeguarding Administration

  • Recording student attendance accurately and completing welfare calls to parents/carers.
  • Working with the SLT to manage and administer the student review calendar.
  • Liaising with Local Authorities, Social Care, CAMHS, medical teams and external therapists in preparation for student reviews.
  • Managing IDP, EHCP and LSP documentation, ensuring accurate storage and updates and taking minutes at review meetings.

Finance & Administration Support

  • Supporting finance processes including tracking, coding and reporting expenditure.
  • Inputting invoices, raising orders, raising BACS requests and following correct approval procedures.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate costcontrol spreadsheets.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider school community.

  • Skills & Qualities

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask, remain calm and respond effectively in a busy environment.
    • Good working knowledge of finance processes and accurate recordkeeping.
    • Professional, approachable and reliable, with an understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
